Important Notice - March Closure & Order Lead Times
Please note that The Key Tag Shop will be closed from 4th-11th March (inclusive).
During this time, we may still be able to respond to some emails, but orders placed from now may not be processed before we return. If you are ordering for a specific deadline, please contact us before placing your order so we can advise.
Lead times will begin from 12th March (the date we return), not from the date the order is placed while we are closed.
If you are happy to place your order and wait, we are offering a 5% discount using code MARCH26 at checkout.

NORMAL DELIVERY
UK delivery charges are:
£3.80+VAT for orders up to 1kg. £5.95+VAT for orders over 1kg
The delivery charges are postage and packaging, so they are subject to VAT.
Dispatch times are usually:
2 working days for plain tags
3-4 days for bespoke tags (engraved or printed)
5-7 days black filled engraved tags
UK orders are dispatched via first class post and DPD for some heavy orders.

TRYING TO ORDER OUTSIDE OF THE UK
Unfortunately for a number of reasons, we are no longer able to supply outside of the UK.
