Important Note: We are closed temporarily from the 24th May until the 1st June. If you require an order dispatched before we close on the 24th, please contact us before you order to see if we can achieve it.
We are happy to receive any orders that you place while we are closed but won't be able to process them until we reopen.
We have limited access to emails during this time but will attempt to answer any emails as quick as possible.
Terms & Conditions
We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time.
Unless otherwise agreed, payment is required at the time or ordering. All goods remain our property
until the correct payment has been made.
We accept payment by:
- Cedit/debit card payments via PayPal
- Cheque (payable to Engraved Tags),
- BACS transfer.
Bespoke printed instructions:
Please ensure you carefully check the information you type to be engraved. We will not accept any
responsibility for any misspelt words or telephone numbers that you have provided.
We pride ourselves on customer satisfaction. In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your
order, please contact us with seven days of receipt of goods.
We are unable to accept refunds to bespoke tags (i.e. numbered / text) unless the items are faulty. If you wish to return a set of numbered tags with no bespoke
information engraved on them, we will offer you a credit note, unless in the very unlikely case they
are damaged, in which case we will offer a full refund.
Where possible we will endeavour to dispatch the following items in the time-frame below (upon
receipt of payment):
Dispatch times are approximately:
2 working days for plain tag
4-5 working days for bespoke tags
Orders are dispatched via 1st class post.
Please be advised this is subject to stock availability and the size of the order.
In the unlikely event that an item you have ordered is out-of-stock or unsuitable for the quantity of
tags you require engraved, we will contact you to suggest a suitable alternative.
If in the unlikely event that you receive your order damaged, please retain all packaging and the
goods and contact us within three days.
Please ensure that you put in the correct delivery address and post code in when you are placing your order, as we are unable to replace / refund orders that do not arrive when we are provided with the incorrect address details.
